Robert A. Keller, MD is a Board Certified specialist in the field of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Keller provides minimally-invasive, state-of-the-art surgical techniques for his patients. His practice has an emphasis on: arthroscopic shoulder surgery (rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilization/labrum repair); arthroscopic knee surgery and ligament reconstruction (ACL surgery); shoulder replacement (including conventional and reverse replacement); elbow arthroscopy/ligament reconstruction; and hip arthroscopy.
Dr. Keller has a special interest in caring for athletes of all ages and is the head team physician for both the Rochester University and Rochester High School. Dr, Keller also serves as the head orthopaedic surgeon for the PGA tour in Michigan.
Driven by the desire to obtain optimal outcomes for his patients, Dr. Keller continues to publish and present clinical and laboratory research both nationally and internationally. Dr. Keller has led research on the highest level of athletes, publishing literature on NFL, NBA, and MLB athletes. He is also a reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine and the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
